CityHub is an independent St. Louis relocation resource informed by experienced local housing professionals across different companies and professions. How communities are selected

A published numerical rule—not a subjective invitation list.

CityHub STL covers the 150 highest-ranking incorporated places and Census-designated places within St. Louis City and the Missouri counties of St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, Franklin, Lincoln and Warren, plus Madison, St. Clair and Monroe counties in Illinois. The ranking uses 2020 Census P.L. 94-171 data: 60% housing-unit percentile and 40% population percentile.

Guides currently available

St. Louis City counts once in the primary 150. Its neighborhood guides sit beneath the city and do not displace municipalities or Census-designated places elsewhere in the region. When a 2020 Census place later consolidates or dissolves, CityHub substitutes its current successor geography and fills any resulting open positions from the next places in the original numerical ranking. Income, race, home values, school ratings, sponsorship and perceived desirability are not selection criteria. Inclusion is not an endorsement; exclusion outside the cutoff is not a judgment about a place or its residents.

Current edition based on the 2020 decennial Census. CityHub can rerun the same published method when a new decennial dataset becomes available.
