Day one
Start at the Gateway Arch and the riverfront, then head to City Museum (reserve a few hours — it's physical). Dinner downtown or in Soulard.
Day two
Spend the morning in Forest Park — the zoo, the art museum, or just walking. Lunch in the Central West End. Afternoon in the Loop or on The Hill.
